From time to time windows machines like to play some jokes on me. It won't load, declare an non-readable discs (a cable problem, thank godness) or make some strange key shortcuts...
If you'll ever press Meta+c to produce "ć" letter and end up with calculator opened up instead, press ctrl+alt+del and kill MMkeybd.exe. Also, remeber to remove it from registry :)

Gosh, I could write much much more about cases like this one :) But in most cases the problem lies within driver/manager supplied with certain display adapter (especially by AMD/ATI & Intel) - some of them have really weird keyboard shortcuts, even "wild" I'd say :)
Oj, o takich przypadkach mógłbym się rozpisać :) Ale większość problemów stanowią najczęściej sterowniki i managery dodawane do kart graficznych (szczególnie AMD/ATI i Intel) - tam niektóre domyślne skróty klawiaturowe są naprawdę dziwne, rzekłbym nawet "dzikie" :)
